Platform rules

Policies

These policy notes support the Terms and Privacy pages and clarify how Echo67 handles AI interaction, subscriptions, content use, and platform safety.

AI interaction disclaimer

Echo67 generates AI-based outputs that may sound human, personalized, or highly confident while still being imperfect.

Users should independently verify important information and should not rely on Echo67 for emergency, legal, medical, financial, or crisis-sensitive decisions.

Content ownership and permissions

Owners should only upload content, voice material, and other assets they have the right to use.

Echo67 may process that content into structured internal representations to deliver platform features.

Voice and likeness policy

Voice-related features should only be used with valid authorization from the individual whose voice or likeness is being represented.

Unauthorized impersonation, fraud, deception, or abuse of identity-based features is prohibited.

Subscription and access policy

Access to certain Echo features may depend on account role, subscription level, invite access, plan entitlements, and payment status.

Echo67 may limit features, apply usage caps, or suspend premium access when billing status changes or platform protections require it.

Data handling policy

Operational data may be stored and processed through services such as Supabase, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Stripe, and hosting infrastructure providers as needed to run the product.

Users should avoid uploading content they are not prepared to have processed through those service layers.

Safety and prohibited use

Echo67 may not be used for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation without authorization, exploitation, fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass platform protections.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access when use creates safety, legal, billing, or system integrity concerns.

Platform evolution

Because Echo67 is an evolving software platform, features, workflows, and limits may change over time.

Where appropriate, the platform may update policies, interfaces, or operational rules as the product matures.
