Privacy Policy

This page explains how Echo67 handles personal information, platform data, AI-related inputs, and operational storage across the service.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Echo67 collects, uses, stores, and protects information when people use the platform.

This page is intended as a strong production draft and should be reviewed with legal counsel before final release.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, login metadata, and subscription-related details.

We may also collect uploaded owner content, onboarding answers, calibration inputs, subscriber memory inputs, and AI interaction history used to operate and improve platform experiences.

3. How platform data is used

Echo67 uses submitted information to authenticate users, operate accounts, power AI conversations, support subscription access, process voice interactions, improve product reliability, and enforce platform safety.

Owner-submitted content may be transformed into chunks, prompts, distilled identity structures, memory records, and other internal formats required to provide Echo functionality.

4. Third-party services and processors

Echo67 may use third-party service providers including Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, OpenAI for language and related AI processing, ElevenLabs for voice-related processing, Stripe for billing, and Vercel for hosting and deployment infrastructure.

These providers may process data as needed to deliver the relevant service layer.

5. Storage and retention

Data may be stored for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account continuity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Users may request deletion or removal of certain data, subject to legal, technical, billing, fraud-prevention, and backup-related limitations.

6. AI and voice processing

Messages, prompts, and audio may be processed by AI providers to generate text, transcription, or voice output.

AI systems may infer patterns or create structured outputs from user-provided material in order to power Echo experiences.

7. Payment information

Payment processing is handled through third-party billing providers such as Stripe. Echo67 does not intend to store full payment card details directly on its own application servers.

8. Security

Echo67 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and platform-level measures to protect data, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Users should use strong passwords and protect account access on their own devices as well.

9. User rights and requests

Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights related to access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to certain forms of processing.

Requests may be submitted through the support or contact channels made available by Echo67.

10. Children and restricted use

Echo67 is not intended for unauthorized use by children or for uses that violate law, contract, or platform policy.

11. Policy changes

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. Continued use of the platform after material updates may indicate acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
